Losing Favorites in TF3D People tab

Periodically ActiveSync will indicate there's been a change on the server and that all information will be resynced.

When this happens all of the Favorites defined in the TF3D People tab are lost - and have to be re-entered.

Is anyone else seeing this problem?

And is there a workaround?
