I can't tell a difference from my 4 gb class 6 to my 8 gb class 4, I think ppc are not powerful enough to take advantage of the extra speed

Oh there is most deffinitly a difference in the write speed and a smaller difference in the read speed between a class 4 and a class 6. I have done real world side by side tests of 8GB cards loading the same 4GB file and the class 6 was about 20-30% faster and on the read side of things the class 6 was about 10-15% faster. go read the specs on any of the card makers sites.
