TP: Verizon - How do you turn on flow 3d?

I was told when i purchased the phone that it would come out of the box with the flow 3d up. The reason I was concerned is because when i saw the ad for the phone (verizon nerffed) it had the regular windows mobile homescreen.

Well here she is and I can't find how to toggle the "theme" or flow 3d on.

start -> settings -> today -> items -> touchflo3d

Go into Settings>Personal and click on the Today Icon. Then click on the Items tab and put a check mark next to TouchFlO 3D. This will enable TouchFlo 3D.
