My Touch Pro got lost

I was at a party earlier, and my touch pro is no longer with me

I have to call assurion tomorrow and get a new one. my quest is, are they still on back order? I just wanna know if im gonna have to wait weeks to get mine from them, or do they have them ready to send out. gonna have to re-activate my vogue tomorrow until i can get the new ones sent to me. thanx ahead of time to anyone who can give me some insight.

There is phone location software that can tell where your phone is... Not sure if it needs to be pre installed or not... Wish I had some links, but I remember reading about it.
