Re: To TF3D or Not to TF3D

Interresting, looks like more like it than hate it. A few stated that they love it and some loved it after giving it a chance. I was wondering since tf3d is what makes the Pro and Diamond unique. I cant stand the standart winmo UI and refuse to use it. I am surprised Point UI was not mentioned ince that was kik butt o n the Touch and mogul for a few of us. I really feel like TF3D is very pretty and does a great job in jumping from weather, app's and such.

Re: To TF3D or Not to TF3D

Just my opinion:
TF3D looks slick but it's not as functional as some other Today screen launchers, etc.

I tried TF3D for about 3 weeks but then turned it off.
Personally I use Ultimate Launcher. A bit of a pain to configure but once you get it set up, it's very nice. Not as slick looking but more functional.

Wow, I am the opposite. I think TF3D makes it easier to use the phone.

It's nub software that has been replaced with Mobile Shell, less restrictions and faster.

Re: To TF3D or Not to TF3D

Touch Flo is the main selling item for the Touch Pro.. Besides the VGA screen and extra memory.. Oh.. And the quicker processor.. And the great keyboard.. lol

2nd Today works super for me. I have the right soft button mapped to have 2nd TD bring up Mobile Shell with one click. X'ing off MS brings me back to TF3D & it hardly uses any memory to do it. I love UltimateLaunch also, so I may add that to the mix at some point also.

I don't see anything not to like with my setup..........

That app looks cool, but I'm curious why you think it is "Much Better" than 2nd today?? It seems to me the two apps do exactly the same thing just in slightly different ways???

With 2nd today mapped to my right soft button, I can switch from TF3D to whatever I want (right now, I have it set to Mobile Shell) with one click.
