mine is not that laggy, i'm used the 6700/6800
my build dates are all the same as yours

I have two dates:

As you can see, I have 101808 and 101908.
Both of the revision designations are FA00.
ROM Date: 100108
ROM Version: 1.03.605.4
Yes, my phone is slow/laggy to respond.

ROM version and date can be found in Start>Settings>System>Device Information
