Installed ICS on my new HTC Touch Pro2 device for Verizon Wireless and it works. I am on the internet using it RIGHT NOW!!! YAYYYYYYY...Thank you so much!!!

I found the easiest thing is to just use a custom ROM with HTC WiFi router

i just found this thread and it's a life saver. I just cancelled my tethering charge on my account, so thier stupid vzaccessmanager stopped working, but this looks like phone data to them, so it still works

I just did the following:
* installed the CAB
* rebooted the device
* started ics, and started a sharing connection for the BT
* started wmwifirouter.
* It has been handling traffic for my laptop and iPod Touch all night!

On Tp2 all I had to do was install ICSInstall.cab, soft reset and connect via USB...Awesome!!!!!
