Works but not 100% for me. I still get the Activesync/Diskdrive pop-up when I connect to my laptop after having started ICS.

If I close out of that quickly, it still seems to work though.

I found the easiest thing is to just use a custom ROM with HTC WiFi router

i just found this thread and it's a life saver. I just cancelled my tethering charge on my account, so thier stupid vzaccessmanager stopped working, but this looks like phone data to them, so it still works
