Alltel HTC Touch Pro

I'm purchasing my TP on alltel next week. Does all of the CDMA updates or ROMS go with Alltel's TP? I'm completely new @ this so a link in the correct location would suffice. thanks people

Anything that works on the Sprint/Verizon Touch Pro's that isn't network specific (Sprint TV, VZ Navigator, etc) will work on the Alltel Touch Pro. Some tweaks may need some modification due to carrier verbiage being different in the registry (Alltel may not call PAM "Phone As Modem" as an example), but overall there should be little difference.

As for ROM's, they must be cooked for specific carrier usage in most cases unless they build it as an open device and then you'd have to follow instructions to assign it to the network of your choice, like those found here:

can ayone help me change the TF3D theme colorIm on day 2 of reading and still nothing that works for mine the last thing i tried was TF3D config. cab but it only seems to work on the diamond any suggestions?

Conflipper is working on a ROM for the Alltel Touch Pro. He has built very good roms for the Touch and Diamond previously. His rom's are pretty much stock but are very stable and clean with some important tweaks. I have used them on the touch and have been very happy with them.
