Themes on VZW Touch Pro?

I tried installing the Diamond TF3D Config program and ran into errors. Is this compatible with our Touch Pros?

If so, what am I missing? If not, do we have any options as far as themes go? I do not like the grey/red default theme and desperately want something like the HTC Black theme on mine.

Thanks guys, I do have the Net 3.5 installed.

find the diamond tf3d folder in file explorer. probably under my device, program filesl open the folder and delete the opera file. then your good. open diamond config. from programs.
