Technically, yes, you can use any mini-USB car charger. The catch is that the Touch Pro seems to charge even slower than most phones when on a low-power charger. So look for ones that specifically advertise to be high-power output.

if i've read and understand correctly, most car>usb converters, along with just hooking the usb cable to a computer's usb port, supplies 500mah, but the wall charger supplies 1000mah, which is the reason why is take so much longer via car or computer usb vs. the wall charger. may be something to consider when buying (for the future, or if you haven't pulled the trigger yet.) any usb is typically 5v.
