Reason:
I replaced (copied over the file) HTCvolumeControl.dll because the rom i was using had a differnt one.

Resolution:
I deleted it HTCvolumeControl.dll (rom restored the file) and i'm back to normal.

How do you replace? With what? I need a explanation.. (for dummies)
