What sucks if us Verizon people get the Sprint TP we get no warrenty or we can't insure it.

If the Omina comes out Dec 8th as scheduled, you can always exchange it. Otherwise just switch to Sprint or AT&T.

As for me, I'm happy with my Touch Pro so far. But I'm coming from a 700w which doesn't say much about my expectations I suppose.
