i havent encoutered this problem cause ive only used a few options..

im interested in what diamond config has to offer too...

drex: yes, i removed the sprint tv tab with adv config
I like Diamond Config because it's simple, but all I really use it for is to re-order how the tabs show up and remove the tabs I don't want to see. There are other things available on it that I don't use at all (date format, tweaks, etc...).

Anyhow, sounds like Advanced Config may be more than I need. Although, I'm curious if it'll be easier to grasp than Diamond Config. for all the other functions you can do with it.

If Advanced Config is still quirky, I'll probably wait until all the bugs have been worked out and a newer version has been released.

Re: Sprint: Advanced Configuration Tool vs. Diamond TouchFlo3D Configurator Pros/Cons

I've used Advanced Config for performance and usability tweaks. I removed the Sprint TV tab with it as well, and it can also be used to give applications like Total Commander, Contacts and Kinoma the ability to use the scroll wheel. I've never had any problems with it, but I don't change anything without knowing exactly what I'm doing. TF3D Configurator annoyed me because I had to delete the tweaks file to get it working, which disabled most of the advanced functionality that I wanted to use.

Make sure you glance at the Essentials thread for if you use the AC program and you get the bug you can't answer calls any more, the fix is there.

Nobody's done alot of research to see which option in Adv. Config causes it, but it's definitely a reg change for GSM and breaks CDMA folks.
