Need help with Bluetooth sync and windows media player???

I have tried so hard to sync music via bluetooth using windows media player. I have reinstalled the device the windows mobile device center software and nothing seems to work. I have tried to call tech support, HP says call HTC, sprint says call HP, It is really suppose to be a simple process. I can see and transfer pictures and other info on my phone. Windows Media just doesn't recognize the phone via bluetooth. I have windows vista and WMP 11.
Can anyone help me out? I will be forever grateful.

Not to sound like a jerk, but why don't you just use an USB cable to connect your phone to your computer... It will be a lot easier... You can copy your music to your device..

it would also be quite a lot quicker with the USB cable.

You are so right. I just thought that I would utilize the feature since it's on the phone. Sometimes I don't want to go through the hassle of bringing cable home from work just to transfer music since the feature is there.
I may be reduced to doing that though if I can't get it to work.

you can do what i do. keep one at work, one at home and one in the car. over bluetooth it would probably take a while for each song anyways.

That's a good idea.. I go to school so I keep one at home and one in my school bag..
