Need help with Bluetooth sync and windows media player???

I have tried so hard to sync music via bluetooth using windows media player. I have reinstalled the device the windows mobile device center software and nothing seems to work. I have tried to call tech support, HP says call HTC, sprint says call HP, It is really suppose to be a simple process. I can see and transfer pictures and other info on my phone. Windows Media just doesn't recognize the phone via bluetooth. I have windows vista and WMP 11.
Can anyone help me out? I will be forever grateful.
