i did this on my mogul..havent tried it on th TP yet
Disable start menu animation HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\GWE\Menu Change "AniType" to 0

No that's not the tweak. The animation just makes it slide in, which is disabled on our phones.
