protecting camera window from being scratched?

any genius ideas to protect the...ingenious flat surfaced camera window from being scratched?

Is your camera actually scratched... When you take the phone apart there is a protective area that isn't obvious to anyone who hasn't completely dismantled this pHone unless theY accidentally left it out while putting their phone back together...WHOOPS!!!

actually i'm just talking about on the battery cover... the camera window. Its bound to get scratched...

i bought a lcd protector clear screen online. cut it to 1x2 cm area. then put it on. lasts about 2 weeks.lol. the has to be a better solution.
