BIG PROBLEM...need some help from anyone

I have the Alltel TP and was working with some tweaks for changing the way some of the icons look...didn't like the way it looked so I restored my registry back to the previous backed up registry.

When it rebooted it came asked about a DLL file...then locked up..

Now it locks up and I can't do or press anything. I see Start, Calendar, Contact, etc...but the today screen is black and the touch screen doesn't work at all..nothing works...its just locked up.

How in the world am I suppose to fix this?
