It's a memory hog unless your on the Pro or Diamond with the new extended ram. Yes it's eye candy, and yes it takes longer to get to things. Also, as a skinner it's too involved, takes to long to churn out skins, and it's all hype as the manufactures want us to follow the trend of these new touch flo devices. I am running HTC Home as a plugin with WAD and my device is kiss a@@, and very easy to get to the apps I need. Dont believe me see for yourself in the image below.
