1-calc lite has a tip calculator built in. Its built into several of the custom roms. I definitely prefer it over the default calculator.

I definitely agree with you, simple math. It's actually a 2-step process, multiply by 1.15 (or whatever percent you choose to tip), then subtract the new total from the old total to get the actual tip. That's what I do and it works for me...

Correct. Sometimes the 2nd step isn't even necessary.

i don't use the tip calculator myself, but the one in 1-calc lite lets you choose the percentage and how many people are splitting the bill. Could be handy if you're lazy.
