New Phone Dialer Screen??

So the other day I was on the phone and of course the screen was on so I was doing who knows what with my face on the screen. When I got off the phone I looked at the screen and there was a new keypad up. It was Grey and had all the numbers and the talk & end buttons up at once with a picture of the person I was talking to. No Idea where it came from but I liked it so I left it alone.

So after a hard reset to tweak a few things on the phone I seem to have lost this new (well new to me) keypad screen on the phone and it's back to the white one that you have to switch back and forth for the keypad.

Anyone know where I can turn on the other phone screen/keypad?

Naturally my face wont tell me how it is done!
