Guys, here's my recommendation.

Look at the battery cover for the Blackberry Storm. Now, make a battery cover exactly like that but for the Touch Pro. That is my idea of perfection.

Guys... The Sprint Touch Pro is different shape and size then any other HTC Touch Pro for anyone else currently.

im sorry man but honestly i think this whole concept is stupid.. i can understand a petition for all of the issues known for the touchpro.. ie: the battery life, charging issues.. and such. but a petition because you want a different back cover!?! what kind of bull is that? this is just childish

How is it childish to want the phone you pay for to look the way you want

? No one said this issue is more important than others. I also doubt it takes away from any other issues being solved. Petitions are merely a way of getting attention and showing the level of demand for something. Like a few people mentioned, if a 3rd party company sees the demand, perhaps they will make the accessory.

Realistically, this petition is aimed more at Seidio and other aftermarket companies rather than HTC itself.
