I have a big battery icon when it's locked (which I like), but when a call comes in, I see a background with flowers (which I have no idea where they came from).

Do you have the Caller ID set to full screen or thumbnail?
Also, to replace wallpapers you need to browse to \Program Files\S2U2\gfx\ and replace wallpaper.jpg and wallpaperL.jpg |

ok then in your settings you have the battery set to show all the time. the flower is the default pic. just take a picture, rename it walpaper.jpg and drop it in programfiles/s2u2/gfx it should prompt you to overwrite, say yes. then stop ilock, and restart it(should be in your s2u2 folder.) and you should be good to go. or just soft-rest.
