Cool build quality ?@#

My 1st one TP was build on 10/14 - and had a lot of problems
then my 2nd one was from 10/13 and had none - I loved it - it felt like build quality was great but yesterday I dropped it from my bad and chrome around the top just cracked.
I went to bestbuy and got my exchange (build on 10/29/0 but new one has new problems. It feels like it lags a lot, battery cover is loose, sometimes buttons on the phone stay on and it already froze.

Can they all be sooo different ? or am I going nutzzz ?

or both hehe

Re: build quality ?@#

Well...try a hard reset. That has fixed many problems for some users from laginess to earpiece issues. Can't tell ya how to fix the cover. Maybe super glue?...j/k.....try hard reset.

Hard reset all phones that come from BB. It seems most users have had better performance when doing so.

Also, when putting on your battery cover, make sure you are pushing down the center area when you slide up. There are 2 areas that lock in.

Still having issues? Try this: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...8&postcount=34

Re: build quality ?@#

I got a replacement from BB that has 10/29 build date but it seems more laggy then my first one.

When I play youtube videos I notice it skips frames... I remember my original TP played them a lot smoother.. :/

Re: build quality ?@#

I know there is a known issue with the TP. The Chrome cracks if dropped from 5 feet or higher. I think you can just take it to a repair center and they will fix it...
