Clock Drift on Unbranded Touch Pro

Yes, the time will arbitrarily 'stick' I could check the phone at 1:30 and the time would be correct, then I check it again at 2 and the time shows 1:35. Not sure what the deal is, but it is annoying. Nobody else has experienced this?

The first time it happened it stuck a half an hour on UK daylight savings time, and I thought 'ok, thats weird maybe it thinks it is in the UK, but wh just a half an hour?' Since then it has done it 3 times, but none within the past 4-ish days...
