HELP!!....I can't place a call or answer.

My phone went out of service again (2nd time).

I can't open the Phone app (therefore I cannot try to dial out). But I can send and receive text. I can use the internet.

When someone calls, it does not ring and I can't pickup the phone because the phone app wont open, BUT I see my phone middle nav button lighting up while doing a test calling myself.

It says no service as you see in the picture, but apparently I do have the signal....I can't figure out whats wrong. Turning radio off/on doesn't work. If I reset it would be back to normal again.
