I agree that its not right to do some things people are mentioning, but that thats not the issue.
Sprint is going back on their word. Regardless of who it is, that is unacceptable. $500 phones not lasting for more than months is unacceptable. [Assuming standard use] And you sound as if EVERYONE is doing this... Yes, they do lose money, but not on the scale that you're implying
