Phone Lockup

I've had my phone for a couple days and it was working fine with the JD rom. Today it randomly locked up after sliding out the keyboard. I hit the reset button and now it just shows Microsoft Exchange, synchronized time and Windows PC synchronized time. Nothing responds.

Anyone have any ideas?

Also, my phone ui seems to lag when sliding out the keyboard and picking tabs on the today screen. Is this normal?
