Touch Pro Problem

I received my HTC Sprint Touch Pro yesterday, and after activating the phone after a couple of hours it was still not receiving data/internet. I tried the ##data# changing the profile to 1, and it didn't do anything.

I called Sprint and they had me do all kinds of things, but when they were done all my phone will do now is digital roaming....no data/internet....they said to wait until this morning and everything should be fine..lol...so everything is the same this morning....digital roaming and no data/internet...any suggestions???
