I had a similar problem. I called up Sprint and got in touch with tech support. The guy on the line had me call some number where an automated message said my service was activated. Then he had me do the activation like if it was the first time using it and I got online right away.

i tried asking Sprint for the hex & ha. But of course they had no idea how to get the values and replied with the good ol "outtage" problem. Check back in 24 hours!

I called Sprint today because the notification was not coming through. They had me to turn the phone off and wait about 5 minutes. Once I powered my phone on, the dial pad would not come up. I took it to a repair center and was told that they removed the phone application. So I had to get another one.

all you have to do is take it to the sprint store and let them provision it if you can't get the value numbers. if they(sprint tech) know what they're doing,you should be up and running in a minute with no hard reset.

I wished I had read these posts before. I would have saved hours. No data service for me all day. My mogul was working perfect. Wonder if is worth it to make the change.
At least I know is not the device itself. |
