Re: random manilla.exe & shell32.exe crashes
[QUOTE=GoodThings2Life;519610]When you say "4 icons in a row edit" what are you referring to? When you say most of the tweaks in the Essentials post can you be a little more specific on which of the Manila/TouchFLO related ones? Also, is there a specific tab you're clicking TO or FROM or other action you're taking that can reproduce it? Or is it oh everything is working fine and then suddenly it stops?
this is what i'm talking about with the 4 icons -- http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...8&postcount=18 the only things done with my Manila/TouchFLO are removing the sprint music store and renaming that tab to "Music". i've also installed diamond tweak to increase the sensitivity of the screen

Re: random manilla.exe & shell32.exe crashes
Manual edit for both the sprintTV tab and Music store link.
also i should mention that i also installed flash lite 3.1 and that sometimes causes this opera build to crash |

Re: random manilla.exe & shell32.exe crashes
Flash Lite 3.1 has never been very stable or compatible with well, anything, so no shock on that one, lol (sadly).
As for the manual edits, I would just double check to make sure that you didn't duplicate any Order="#" for the various tab pages, and make sure that you didn't accidentally cut off any of the /> tags, etc. |

I did a hard reset. I used missing sync and synced my phone back. Then I installed wifi router and bad boy. I have hearing issues so a louder speaker helps. Other than that I have done nothing to my phone. |

Re: random manilla.exe & shell32.exe crashes
I've never used it before, but if it's anything like Spb Backup, then Missing Sync may be your issue. It could very well be restoring something that shouldn't be restored.
What do you mean "bad boy"? ![]() When you hard reset... don't do ANY changes. Don't do any syncs. Test it. Does it work? If yes, then redo things one at a time with a soft reset and test again. Then move on to the next thing. This will help identify precisely what change is causing it. ![]() |

Re: random manilla.exe & shell32.exe crashes
I installed Diamond Tweak and changed a couple things, uninstalled it now. I have done a hard reset since, is there anyway to get back the default settings in my registry or have they been changed for good. I'm a newbie so I don't really know what changes have been made to the registry...

Re: random manilla.exe & shell32.exe crashes
Any time you do a hard reset it reverts to defaults.
