How To Clear Messages in TF3d "Messages"

After reading a text message, that I do not want to delete yet, how to I clear it from being read as I tab through icons in TF3d? As an example, I'd like to keep a received text message for a reminder but I don't want it to be viewed by the guy sitting next to me on the plane every time i slide past the messages tab in Touch Flow. I'd just like to be able to read it from my inbox at a later time. I tried searching for this, I know I've seen something that would help, but could not find it again. Thanks.

That is one of the problems I dont like with the 3dMessages, all incoming messages will be display on the flip..and if you delete the text...it also deletes it from the converstation.....also is you start a converstaion all the incoming text will be on the "flip" after the conversatioin...so either you keep all the flip texts or delete the whole conversatioin to keep the flip text count on the low side in the 3d message menu.

This issue just drives me insane.

I may be mistaken but I thought I came across a fix either here or on sprintusers. If anyone has an idea it would be greatly appreciated.

I'd actually like to know if it's possible for the message tab to display threaded SMS instead of just the replies. It seems kind of pointless to have it at all if I'm only reading one side of the conversation.
