Re: Has anyone sucessfully printed from Pro???

This could just be me, but it looks like you have bluetooth on but not wifi. If I am wrong please let me know. Make sure wifi is on, and then instead of putting in the IP to the printer, put in the computer name and the share name that you posted earlier.

Awesome. I have to admit, it is a pretty nice little app to have, not to mention kinda handy.

From what I can tell, bluetooth would only be if you have a bluetooth printer (again could be wrong). Using the method you used to get it going, you should be able to use the JetCet app to select a document or file on your device or storage card to print.

ok...just tested that out. worked good but i read awhile back that someone was able to send a message to a printer through a network. is that possible here. like i send a message to my secretary through my phone to her printer.

Re: Has anyone sucessfully printed from Pro???

Looks like it doesn't like your authentication.

Do you have a password set when you log in to windows?

Here's what I did to pop the authentication window back up in Jetcet - I tried to print, and reset my router at the same time - the window were you type your username, password and domain came up.

I changed mine to something not correct and see the same thing you posted.

Changed it back, and it prints.

*IF* you can get that window to pop back up, use your username & password that use use to login to windows.

I know this is a reply to an old post, but since I didn't see the answer, I figured I'd add it so others searching for the info can find it...

From what I can infer, if you only need the printer settings, grab just HKLM\Software\Apps\WESTTEK\JETCET Print5\Printers, otherwise grab the whole JETCET Print5 key.

On a related note: This link shows how to add PictBridge to JETCET:

http://www.nuerom.com/BlogEngine/post/2009/03/22/PictBridge-in-JETCET-5.aspx

(which is how I found the key in the first place).
