forwarding picture mail to email address

I can't figure out how to forward a picture message to myself without adding myself as a contact.
background- i sent a pic to someone, now i want to forward it to my email so i can have the pic on my computer. i click on the message, choose options, forward. looks like you can only forward to someone in your contact list. let's say i want to forward this pic/email to someone i just met but i have no desire to add them to contacts. am i forced to add to contacts and then delete them later? that's an annoying extra step.

Re: forwarding picture mail to email address

when you click on the add contact button, it gives you 2 choices. "From Contacts" and "Type Address". If you click "Type Address" it lets you put in a 1 time recipient without adding to your contacts list.
