Re: Check your phone bill!
I came from the Treo 650 and that vision plan is incompatible with the TP. The TP needs a "Power" vision plan so that is why you are being charged for the data used. You can move up to the standard $15 power vison plan that will give you unlimited data access.
Here's a good link to all the Power Vision plans and what's included: http://www.sprintusers.com/forum/sho...d.php?t=110534 Last edited by BumSF; 11-11-2008 at 08:29 PM. |

Re: Check your phone bill!
turns out that when we upgraded, somehow the vision pack got removed from our plan. They added the vision pack back on (unlimited for $15) and will credit us the data that we were charged.
All is good until we see the bill for next month |

Re: Check your phone bill!
I received my first Sprint bill, prorated for 1 day...and it was $210!!!!! Needless to say I'll be headed to the Sprint store to figure out whats going on. At about $200 a day, I'm looking at an expensive cell phone bill!

Re: Check your phone bill!
I have been looking to switch carrier. After this I am hesitant to look at Sprint. Do you guys think that these charges are rare, or should I avoid sprint all together.

Re: Check your phone bill!
Since all of these posts are date stamp'd on the same day, almost 3 years ago, it would seem your answer is "Yes." If Sprint were guilty of regular glitch charges, then you'd see a lot more pistoff posters over a much longer period of time.
