Try Installing the Sprint Arcsoft MMS 5.0.70.24-pm.cab from ClevelandWheeler a couple posts up. It worked like a charm for me, I didn't have to uninstall Sprint's Picmail program, it just seemed to work and you'll know if it installs b/c it removes the picmail from the e-mail tab and integrates it into the sms tab. Im sorry I have no clue what could be causing that I have never seen anyone else have that problem I dont think you can uninstall picmail but try the arcsoft cab it usually fixes all the issues with sprints stock mail plus now youll be able to recives MMS.

Thank you both, I searched for the Arcsoft thread, it had a removal cab, which solved my first issue, and I ran the Arcsoft install and it seems like a pretty good app so far.
