i used sktools to correct the above to stop processers that were running.. i forgot which one it was ... some programs were using NF

sktools/catagory/maintenance/processes .. will show u everything that is running on device

reset device.. dont run anything then go to above... start killing processes for apps that u think might be using NF .. but soon as u kill the right one .. u will be able to proceed

Just to add my two cents, upgraded from my Diamond a few days ago and on the first day picmail worked right out of the box. I installed all my stuff and eventually found that I wasn't receiving (it showed up on the website but not on the phone). Tried a hard reset and found that picmail seemed to quit working correctly after I installed Personalizer 3.1 so I restored it from a Sprite Backup and uninstalled Personalizer, reinstalled the picmail update from Sprint and now it seems that send/receive works... so far.

For those that don't know, if you have installed cody's personalizer it will break offical sprint picture mail and disable sprint music store. The picture mail issue can be corrected by removing cody's personalizer from programs but the music store problem can only be corrected by a ugh hard reset. If this helps hit Thanks

Is it true that .NET 3.5 breaks picture mail also? How important is .NET 3.5 to have on your phone?

Thanks!

yep.... people still fight the idea that Personalizer program breaks picmail but it is continually proven to be the case.
