I've been having issues with Picture Mail, every time I open a Picture Mail it opens up, and automatically replies. It gets stuck in a send/reply loop (very annoying). When I try to create a NEW picture mail it does the same thing but doesn't allow me to enter an address, and repeats the loop.


Is there a way to fix this, if not how can I uninstall Picture Mail? (it doesn't show up in my Add/Remove Programs).

anyone having issue recieving picturemail on the with mighty ROM 4.12 I have searched and I can only find thread that mention sending

Try Installing the Sprint Arcsoft MMS 5.0.70.24-pm.cab from ClevelandWheeler a couple posts up. It worked like a charm for me, I didn't have to uninstall Sprint's Picmail program, it just seemed to work and you'll know if it installs b/c it removes the picmail from the e-mail tab and integrates it into the sms tab. You can check out my screenshots a few posts up. Hope it helps, feel free to ask any more questions.

Im sorry I have no clue what could be causing that I have never seen anyone else have that problem I dont think you can uninstall picmail but try the arcsoft cab it usually fixes all the issues with sprints stock mail plus now youll be able to recives MMS.

I cant get this to open up as a cab file? Is there something I need to do?

Thank you both, I searched for the Arcsoft thread, it had a removal cab, which solved my first issue, and I ran the Arcsoft install and it seems like a pretty good app so far.
