Re: Picture mail issues

I believe you will not find it becuase it is only a setting that has to do with your "mail" accounts and not picture mail.

Re: Picture mail issues

You have to go to start/programs/pictures and videos/menu/tools/options. From here u can pick the file size to send for pictures. If Im correct the system thinks picture mail and email are the same thing. So in theory this should work. Hope this helps. If it does hit the button plz.

Re: Picture mail issues

Anyone that was hiaving issues with their Picmail (Send/receive) still having issues? Mine never worked from day one... now all of a sudden it is working... not that I am complaining, BUT it seems afful funny that it all of a sudden started to work out of the blue...

I wonder if Sprint found the issue and fixed it...something on the backend maybe? The reason I say this is becasue the Picmail website was down the majority of the evening last night. Found this out when a buddy of mine sent a pic of his new baby boy and I didn't get it and went to the site to see if it was there.

Re: Picture mail issues

One other "fix" for those who can send but not recieve.. uninstall picmail update, uninstall netcompact 3.5... soft reset. Reinstall net FIRST, then soft reset, then picmail, soft reset, update profile, soft reset. That fixed it for me. Net was messing up my picmail. Aso if you have mortscript/personalizer installed that might be an issue. as soon as I install those programs I lose the ability to receive picmail. (email works, sending pics works).

Re: Picture mail issues

My problem is it won't send to people on the Verizon network. I did a hard reset installed the pic mail cab and left everthing else stock and it still won't send to verizon. It also takes forever to send a message
