Re: Picture mail issues

I think it is filesize related. If I log in to the Sprint Picturemail web portal, I see my files there even if the user has not received it. Try setting the resolution to a lower setting in the camera ap when taking the photo.

Re: Picture mail issues

definitley size related, i just sent tons of pictures to my coworker whom uses verizon. he was able to receive 2m pics at super fine. Anytime i tried to send anything larger than that he would not receive it. I moved it to 1m and super fine just to be safe.

Re: Picture mail issues

I can receive pics just fine...but i find that i have to watch the sent pics it may be the signal in my home but after i look at it and query it then it will tell me that it cannot send and ask if i want to try again. At that point it usually sends in the next 5 minutes...but its SOOO unreliable because it generally will not prompt u..and what happened to having sounds for incomming messages im still not able to change the notification sound for the picture mail cab. plus if you hard reset it you loose the cab again....AWKWARD!

Re: Picture mail issues

I was able to send a 2m in fine to myself. So looks like that will be my default for all pictures.

Re: Picture mail issues

I find that if you let the picturemail app run without closing it seems to work all the time. I usually just send my pics and then hit the home button to minimize the picture mail app

Re: Picture mail issues

i think this might have to do with you email configurations!!! here's where you can change those setting!!!

Start/Messaging/Sprint Picture Mail/Menu/Tools/Options and from here you click on download size settings and change MESSAGE DOWNLOAD LIMIT to ENTIRE message.... and that aughta do it!!!
hope this helps!

I remember seeing that option a couple of days ago but for the life of me cannot remember how I got there.
