Re: Voice Annoucement of Incoming Call- A New Wrinkle?
I'm using an original Jawbone and I get the announcements for texts and emails but not incoming calls. Not until this incident, anyway.

I second that- I live on this board and I must've missed it. A little help with a link, maybe? Much obliged.

Re: Voice Annoucement of Incoming Call- A New Wrinkle?
I think he is referring to the "very low volume" fix where the ringtone you have selected stops playing after 1 ring , and then the call is announced at an extremely low volume. It's the 1st post of page 4 or page 5 of a different VC thread here. I'll look and try to post a link.
Here it is. Credit is the OP's below. (Assuming that call announcement has been enabled in Voice Command). Only major flaw with this solution is that the announcement volume is low. Last edited by meccadon123; 11-11-2008 at 07:12 PM. |

Re: Voice Annoucement of Incoming Call- A New Wrinkle?
Yeah, I knew about that but didn't consider it to be a true "fix" because of the low volume. When my incident happened, the announcement was at full volume.
