Stupid question but how do I create a link in the Windows/Programs/Start Menu to point to a file on my storage card?

Right click (tap and hold until the menu pops up) on the original file you want to create a shortcut for and choose COPY.

Then go to the \Windows\Start Menu folder where you want to put the shortcut, right click and choose "Paste Shortcut".
