Registry backup .rbk without any tweaks

i forgot to back up my registry, and tweaked my phone to vibrate when i push the end button, and cant remember where i found the info or where it was in the reg. does anyone have a .rbk for phm to restore to the stock registry? or where the location of the this tweak is?
