I'm looking to buy a Sprint TP. Should I keep an eye out for this? Since I'll be using this with Verizon, I don't suppose I can have Sprint exchange this?

HAHA! Exact same thing on mines too. Flaking off... with a crack on the corner.

Hey all, I am an employee with Sprint and yes, there is a known issue for this. Tell the dealer to search Known Issues in the device guide in KMS for a work around. It's in there, I had to get mine replaced and had to argue with the store I was in for a replacement, but they will do it!

Shark, did you get your phone replaced? I don't understand why you'd have a problem especially considering how you've never dropped your phone. UPDATES please!!

just took back badly scratched tp to sprint. exchanged with no problem.
in and out in 20 mins. (chrome):headbang:

How interesting.

I've had mine since October 26, and not a single scratch, crack, or malfunction.

However, the chrome has a bunch of "mini" scratches that can't really be seen unless you're looking directly at it under light.
