Clock help!

Help = installed and have all windows working, big white clock, installed Sprint fix, zipped, will not open.
Installed clear flip clock, looks great except all 00000

How do I fix this - thanks

Im also having this problem but mine is a little different I have Jugg's rom on my TP and I wanted to install the White Original Flip Clock instead of the transparent one he has as default. On xda I was able to find this cab (in attachment) for that clock but when I try to install it this is what happens (pic below).


So Im trying to figure out what I can do it seems as though the white clock is being installed over the transparent clock but not replacing it.

Any advice with this I asked Jugg's about it but he's busy fixing bugs and adding to his next ROM so I hate to keep bugging him about my small problem.
