SPB Backup?

I have both paid for apps (SPB & Sprite). SPB rocks.

In my new TouchPro, I didn't even bother installing Sprite.

For whatever reason I could not get SPB to work unless I unchecked the box to "stop all processes"- is there anything lost by unchecking this box?

I would think it may not save the settings of those open applications properly since they are in use, I wouldn't be too concerned though. I always let it close all out.
