Pls Help with TouchFlo3d Menu

Was wondering if anyone encountered this:

Every "softkey" button, like the "phone" and "programs" one on the home screen, works except for the "menu" one under the Messagestab. It's always worked but just stopped all of a sudden. I've taken the battery out and put it back in, hit the reset button under the phone but havent hard reset it (trying to avoid that). If anyone has any suggestions I'd greatly appreciate it!

i dont even have a menu button under pics. tab.

youre right, i meant messages tab, not sure why i wrote pictures.... anyways, edited and thanks again

when i hit menu, it ssys new. do you have diff. rom or diff homescreen? is new what its supposed to say? i dont use it.
