Vibrate normally, but ring while charging?

I keep my touch pro on vibrate at all times so I don't have to worry about shutting off the ringer when I'm going into a meeting, movie, etc. But when the phone is plugged in and charging (in other words, when I can't feel it vibrate), it should have an audible ring for calls and messages.

Seems to me this is pretty standard stuff, as all my previous phones have done it automatically. But I can't seem to figure out how to do it with my touch pro... anyone have any luck with this? Thanks!

You might check out phonealarm. Its a commercial app that can change profiles under certain circumstances. It might have the ability to change to a ringing profile when charging.

Another route, would be to write a custom mortscript (freeware). That would be a bit more involved but not that hard as mortscripting is pretty basic.
