This is suppose to be fixed at the end of this week. And it is a software update at all towers.

Can you dial ##778# on your phone then click view.. go to view info then data parameters and check the Rev. A option. It is disable or Enable?

I changed to Rev A today and it worked. At least in Caguas it is working, will test from San Juan to Morovis Today and keep you posted.

I enabled it this morning and tested it, worked great, pulled close to 1.5Mbps in a couple of tests with a latency under 200ms

well guys I must say yesssssssssssssssssssssssssssss! its working good till now, great speeds and all calls are coming in good. Cant wait to tether with it and see how fast it gets...

verified and rev a was disabled with dwn sppeds of 1130kbps

called my rep at the store and activated rev a and wow the phone heated up so hot its horrible and download speed was at 157kbps (horrible) this is in guaynabo area

i disabled rev a which still is having issues in most areas accordning to my sprint rep

its better to keep it disabled in my opinion until they have it fully resolved and operational

back to a cold phone with high speeds no dropped calls im happy
