cant hard reset

Per instructions. I hold the Enter key (keyboard) and the Volume down button and then hold the power key. When it starts up it goes the red/green/blue/white screen "Security unlocked" and some info. Nothing happens.

thats because you've ran the unlocker and unlocked yout phone.

No, it's because he entered the bootloader instead of hard resetting.

the problem was...

wrong key. You should hold the Direction pad key not the Enter key.
